The Fathers Conference is an annual event held in Metro Detroit where extremely knowledgeable and gifted speakers and presenters from a variety of professions provide uplifting and informational speeches as well as educational and engaging workshops to conference attendees, all with 
the goal of encouraging and supporting fathers, aiding them to be the best dads they can for their own children and families. The 18th Annual Fathers Conference will be held at the Oakland Schools Education Service & Conference Center in Waterford, Michigan.
When is the Conference?
The 18th Annual Fathers Conference – “Better Man, Better Dad” will be held on Saturday, June 9th, 2018.
The conference offers different workshops with a variety of topics. We start and end the conference as one large group for the Keynote and Closing remarks. The rest of the day lets dads choose what they want to hear about in each session.

All day (8:00 am to 3:10 pm) is only $25 for EARLY registration. Price is $30 at the door.

The Keynote by Jeff Zaslow (The Last Lecture) was very entertaining and impressive. Three Breakout Sessions followed that for my money, delivered on their billing. The last session of the day brought all 300ish dads back together to hear each speaker summarize the most important points of their session. This allowed us to get the gist of the sessions that we could not attend.
